Globally renowned and celebrated South African chef\, Siba M tongana\, will be hosting a motivational and entrepreneurial talk\, ‘Wha t’s Cooking with Siba at the Time Out Market Cape Town. The afternoon pr omises to be an exciting rendition of her journey from an Eastern Cape tow nship to a multi-award winning chef\, restaurant owner and food connoisseu r. The event will be held at Time Out Market in Cape Town on 24 August fro m 12pm to 3pm.
In honour of Women's Month\, Siba will sha re her personal and business journeys with guests\; she will talk about ho w she has navigated her path as a Xhosa woman from a rural township\, wher e pursuing a career in a field that wasn’t always encouraged. She will a lso offer insights into how she has achieved her success and share valuabl e advice and encouragement on how to balance it all.
We w ill be offering a 3 or 4 course meal with or without wine. The menu on off er will be an array of dishes from The Siba Deli\, which will include a br aised item of choice\, two side dishes and a decadent dessert. Vegetarians and vegans will be catered for.
